No special prior knowledge is required to use Effizo. The application is intuitive, largely automated, and designed to be self-explanatory so you can manage your bookkeeping effortlessly.

Following the principle “No booking without a receipt,” documents can be uploaded as PDFs or photos or sent directly to the app by email. Uploaded receipts are automatically analysed and corresponding entries are created. Receipts can also be assigned to existing entries later, ensuring full transparency and organisation.
Is Effizo suitable if my turnover grows?
Yes, Effizo can be used up to an annual turnover of CHF 500,000. If this threshold is exceeded, Swiss law requires a switch to double-entry bookkeeping.
Is free support available?
Support is provided via email and is included in the subscription fee.
