Every invoice can be downloaded as a PDF at any time – whether it's still a draft or already sent. The PDF is ideal for archiving, handing to your accountant, or as the basis for mailing it yourself.

Every invoice also automatically includes a QR payment slip with QR-IBAN – the Swiss payment standard. Your customers pay conveniently by scanning the QR code with their banking app. No manual entry of amount, IBAN or reference number needed – reducing payment errors and speeding up incoming payments.

Delivery by email or post

You decide how your invoice reaches the customer:

  • By email – Effizo sends the invoice directly to your customer
  • By post – you download the invoice as a PDF and mail it yourself via Swiss Post

In the invoice overview you see all your invoices with their current status:

With search and quick filters you find any invoice instantly – by recipient, invoice or due date, or amount. The overview can also be exported as PDF or CSV.

Dunning

If an invoice stays unpaid, you chase it directly in Effizo – in three levels:

  • Payment reminder – the friendly nudge, still free of charge
  • 1st formal reminder – the first formal demand
  • 2nd formal reminder – the last level before further steps

You set the deadlines yourself – one for the payment reminder, one for the formal reminders. You also define the reminder fee; it applies to all formal reminders, while the payment reminder stays free of charge.

Effizo creates the letter with a QR payment slip for the full outstanding amount and books the fee with a document – your accounting stays up to date with no extra work. Before sending, you see the letter in a preview. Every reminder is triggered by you – by email or as PDF to mail yourself.
